You may be processing lots and lots of information, feelings, realisations after a kinesiology | Mind Body Medicine session.
You have possibly had some realisations about yourself, the health of your physical or mental self and how different emotions and beliefs have manifested in your life.
Together we have experienced some really wonderful work, bringing awareness to belief systems, clearing and re-balancing your body to stimulate your body’s natural ability to heal itself!
So what happens now?
The reality is that there is only so much we can journey together in an hour or so…. And for these wonderful changes, realisations and feelings to remain, to form a new foundation for which you can move forward towards your goals there are some things that you can do, away from our time together, to ensure your health, growth, zest for life and spirit flourishes.
-
Self Care | Homework items – get a start on these straight away to ensure you run with the momentum created during your session, making it easier for you to clear out old belief systems and patterns. Once you begin to do these simple things for yourself, you will be amazed at how different you feel and live.
-
Honour your body – if you feel like taking time out, sleeping, exercising (anything else) after your session – do it! especially if these actions are positive, aligned with what you have been working on.. Try to avoid going back to how you would normally do things… Above all – be gentle with yourself. These patterns have possibly been there for a while, so they may take a while to clear.
-
Try not to resist the change – Often it can be quite daunting being in a world, in a way you have only ever dreamed of being… get to know this new version of yourself, and allow the natural transition of change to occur – this may take bravery at times, but I guarantee it will be worth it.
-
Drink plenty of water – this may seem like a simple one, although sometimes forgotten. By drinking water you are supporting your body in a physical way, flushing away toxins and stress build up out of your body. Fabulous!
-
Remain committed to yourself – take responsibility for how you are in the world.
-
Remember you can only change yourself and your reactions to situations – So let those challenges that face you bring you more wisdom to those limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
